Throughout the four blocks of our downtown location we can accommodate needs between 1k sf to 50k sf with options for maker spaces. Workspaces will include exposed brick walls & concrete floors, up to 22 ft. ceilings, large window with lots of natural light within a secured campus in historic buildings from the 1880’s to 1920’s.
Tenants will have access to private exterior patios, direct connection to Five Points MARTA, and convenient highway access
