Underground Update:

The first Yotel Hotel location in Atlanta on Block 1 has signed on. The Yotel will be located at the corner of Peachtree Street and Wall Street with 320 rooms built on top of street level retail space.

A new location for mid-rise affordable housing project from Prestwick Cos. The $38 million, 130-unit development will be built on top of three floors of new retail on the site that is currently known as the Exchange at the corner of Alabama Street and Central Avenue.

The nightclub Future has signed a lease for 12,000 SF on Block 4 at the corner of Lower Alabama Street and Pryor Street.

Leasing initiatives continue for 86 Pryor and the lower portion of Alabama Street. Construction is underway and these spaces should be move in ready soon.
